Thank you for choosing BY NKBRND. Every piece is handmade with intention, care, and craftsmanship. Please review the policies below before placing your order.

 

Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Standard production time is 3–6 weeks, depending on design complexity and order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

 

Shipping

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using a tracked delivery service.

Please note: customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to postal or customs delays.

 

Returns & Defects

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 14 days.

 

Product Variation

Each BY NKBRND piece is handmade and unique. Slight variations in colour, stitch tension, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade crochet and should not be considered defects.

 

Care Instructions

Specific care instructions are always handwash. Customers are responsible for following these guidelines. Damage resulting from improper care is not covered.
