Orders made within the U.K will be fulfilled through EVri, tracked to your door. International shipping to most countries is available through Royal Mail. By Natural Kreations is not responsible for misplaced packages after items have been shipped, and we give you a tracking number and proof of postage for all orders. Please be vigilant so you know when your parcel is to be delivered to avoid issues.

 

Customs & Duty 

Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the USA & UK. Orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges of the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided.
